Invitation: C# Community Technical Workshop | Design Patterns in .NET

To All C# Coders,

I am very excited to invite you to come to this workshop that will show you how to shortened the learning curve to master good software design.

As you all know, Products & APIs are transient. That said products and APIs are short lived. Classes will be deprecated, Libraries will come and go. Even .NET Library itself. But Good Design principles remains. Good Design live longer. So, learning Good Design is more essential than learning Products & APIs.

The problem is, learing Good Design take long time to master. What if you can learn a set of recurring solutions to software design problems that you find again and again in real-world application development? This “recurring solutions to software design problems” is called Design Patterns. You can shortened the learning curve to master Good Design by learning Design Patterns. It’s like “installing” knowledge of experienced software designer in your brain.

What you will accomplish:
In this event you will be introduced to GOF Design Patterns and how the Patterns are specifically implemented in .NET (C#). Beside the “classic” implementation as per GOF book, enhanced implementation in .NET (C#) by using .NET (C#) specific constructs and features will also be covered. We will also look at where in .NET Library the Patterns are used.
